Design and design supervision for sales department at developer company Ingrad.
There was not enough space to allow for accommodation of sales department at construction site.
An option was to find place in neighboring edifices.
The only place to find was the car wash station area located nearby.
Problem to solve was to make a respectable sales department to include the following areas: reception, meeting room, drawing room, and model showroom. The model had impressible dimensions: one meter to one meter, and about 140 cm high. The challenge was to accommodate all these items at rather small area that made 22 sq.m.
Done in 2 weeks!
